West Briar Knolls
This site was created for current and future residents of the Westbriar Knolls II neighborhood. Whether you’re considering a move to Westbriar Knolls II or already own or reside here, we hope this site provides information that is helpful to you.

Westbriar Knolls II is located in the city of Danville, California, and consists of 14 single-family custom homes in a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The Association was founded as a PUD to help ensure all our community areas are properly maintained, which relieves owners of the need to handle some landscaping responsibilities. We are part of a master Community consisting of Westbriar Knolls I and II and a Joint Use Agreement for the common areas. Our pleasant, well-maintained development features a convenient walking path to the adjacent public park.

As a homeowner at Westbriar Knolls II, you are encouraged to participate in your community’s governance by attending Board meetings and volunteering for committee work for the betterment of the Association. Engaged homeowners help ensure the success and strength of a community, and you are invited to participate in helping Westbriar Knolls II continue to be the wonderful place to live that it is. Board meetings are typically held quarterly and the agenda will be posted at least four days in advance at the gate and on this website.

Westbriar Knolls II is professionally managed by Association Communications, Inc. (ACI). ACI is an Accredited Community Management Firm with the California Association of Community Managers.

Westbriar Knolls I and joint use common area are managed by Common Interest Management Services (CIMS). For gate questions, or to report an issue in joint common area, please call CIMS at (925) 743-3080.

ACI’s office hours (except on Federal holidays) are:
Monday through Thursday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday – 9:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed for lunch from 12 to 12:30 every day.

If you need assistance with an urgent Westbriar Knolls II matter after-hours, during a Federal holiday, or on a weekend, please call: 925.283.4900 - Press “5”. The answering service will take your call and your concerns will be handled as appropriate. Examples of Association-related, after-hours concerns could be an irrigation leak in common area landscaping or a common area tree that needs attention.
